The consumer has at least 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
After cancellation, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
We will refund the total order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days after the return has been registered, provided the product has been received in good condition.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to try or inspect the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Please handle the product carefully and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense.
