Return Policy

  • The consumer has at least 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
  • After cancellation, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
  • We will refund the total order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days after the return has been registered, provided the product has been received in good condition.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to try or inspect the product, we may charge you for the depreciation.
